About Quick to Market
Quick to Market was created for today’s needs to put quality, fashion relevant product on the floor faster. In 2011, upon his return from Asia, founder, Mario Frati came to realize that his understanding and expertise of global manufacturing and technology could be best put to use for today’s competitive sourcing needs by creating a vertical operation in Miami, Florida. Mario is a fourth generation textile industrialist from Florence, Italy. The QTM factory is home to knitting, framing, dying, printing, color labs, and cutting. All of these services are operated under one roof; control at its best. Only garment assembly is done in Central and South America with meticulous hands on quality control.
Sweet Pea by Stacy Frati
Mario and Stacy Frati created “Sweet Pea by Stacy Frati” in 1996. Stacy, the Vice President, designer and merchandiser created this nationally recognized brand through distinctive prints, trend right color and marketable silhouettes. The label is sold to fine retailers like Anthropologie, Nordstrom, Hot Mama Stores, and Neiman Marcus. The label uses the following core fabrications: 100% nylon mesh, rayon spandex jersey, 100% polyester chiffon, and 100% viscose stripe in order to drive sales and value. Stacy is a twenty five year industry leader. Her trend research and innovation shows through her product line. The same creativity is always available to her partners. In addition to purchasing Sweet Pea product, companies may elect to work with Stacy and her team for trend research and analysis and design consultation. She offers recolor, reprint, and modification of the line as part of a unique “strategy package.” Partners may choose to work with Stacy’s Sweet Pea designs or submit their own tech and development packages. Many esteemed nationally recognized retailers have private labeled Sweet Pea designs or printed fabrics namely NY&CO, Loft, Abercrombie & Fitch, Free People, Anthropologie, and Destination Maternity.
Current Concepts for Todays Current Demands
As product development experts, the hands on sourcing and manufacturing that QTM can facilitate comes from their knowledge of fabric and product. From Inception, QTM has challenged the market by being faster and offering lower costs without compromising on quality. QTM was created to exceed market expectations at a time when retailers needed to be fastest to market and not only stay ahead of the game, but remain in the game. QTM and Sweet Pea offer an 8 week turn. Whether they work off their clients’ provided tech pack or allow access to their merchandising and design department, QTM’s understanding of speed and efficiency is unmatched.
In order to provide the 8 week turn, QTM stocks at all times, between greige and finished goods, in excess of one million yards in their Miami factory. The aggressive position QTM takes enables them to be “Quick to Market.” QTM also has expertise in fabric sourcing. The division is willing to source and position fabric to spec for their customer’s needs
